Earlier this month, climate change experts from business, government and civil society gathered in Bonn, Germany, to check progress towards the Paris Agreement Work Programme (PAWP), or “Paris Rulebook”. The Paris Rulebook is working to operationalize the Paris Agreement and facilitate its implementation. Progress in Bonn was crucial to ensuring that the Paris Rulebook will be completed and adopted as the main outcome of COP24 in Katowice, Poland, this December. If you couldn’t make it to Bonn, check out our Insider Perspective to see what you missed. This isn’t our only Insider Perspective from the past month – you can also read our perspectives on the Institute of Internal Auditors Conference from 9 May and last week's Ninth Clean Energy Ministerial (CEM9).
